Terms of Service & Pricing

We are Charleston’s oldest trash and recycling bin cleaning company.  We take pride in helping you keep your cans Happy.

Our goal is to provide the best customer service but we know we’re not perfect so this is why we have our service policy.

Updated Terms of Services:

• Billing will change to monthly (no more prepaid)

• A credit card on file will be required…**does not apply to commercial accounts

• Cards will be automatically billed after each cleaning

• You will be charged a $10 stop fee if we are not notified before your scheduled cleaning that your can(s) will not be available for cleaning - we send email and/or text reminders the day before

• We are not retrieving can(s) from the house so if they are not on the street, they will not be cleaned and you will be automatically charged a $10 stop fee

• Cans have to be emptied to be cleaned

• We do not clean cans with loose pet waste

• Paint, stains or other markings may not come off the can(s) but we try our best

• We always reserve the right to refuse a cleaning based on any trash in the can, chemicals, paint, pet waste, human waste, dead animals and/or hazardous materials

• At this time, we are no longer cleaning recycling bins on a monthly schedule due to the staffing challenges and unpredictable pick up times

• Due to the cities staffing issues, there may be times your can(s) will need to be cleaned the next day or rescheduled

• Tanner Plantation route is serviced “next day” after trash pick up
